    CRM Executive

    BettingJobs are currently recruiting for a CRM Executive for a market leading gaming company in their Liverpool office. The CRM Executive will be responsible for executing customer relationship management campaigns and ensuring that all communications are delivered with precision and effectiveness.

    This CRM Executive role would ideally be suited to an individual with experience in a CRM focussed role, with strong knowledge of the sports betting and online gaming industry, ideally gained from professional experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns
    • Segmentation & Targeting: Utilise customer data to segment and personalise campaigns for maximum engagement and retention.
    • HTML Editing: Use basic HTML skills to troubleshoot and edit email templates where necessary.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure all CRM communications are accurate, well-formatted, and compliant with industry regulations, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, report key metrics, and provide insights for optimisation.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand and business goals.
    • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all CRM activities comply with gambling regulations and responsible gaming guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in the gambling industry (sports betting, online casino) or a related sector.
    • Proficiency in Xtremepush or similar CRM/email marketing tools.
    • Basic HTML skills for email template customisation.
    • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors before campaign deployment.
    • A self-motivated individual who can work in an autonomous environment but with guidance when required
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of Sports and Casino
    • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
    • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
    • Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
    • Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing strategies.
