    CRM Director

    BettingJobs is partnering with an online casino company that is looking to expand its team by hiring a CRM Director.

    The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Marketing, manage a growing team and collaborate closely with the broader leadership team to manage and elevate the customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define and lead a data-driven retention strategy that differentiates the company, focusing on loyalty initiatives and measurable success.
    • Utilise segmentation to personalise experiences, boost engagement, and reduce churn.
    • Plan and execute high-impact campaigns, optimising incentives based on trends and customer behaviour.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance marketing automation, data integration, and retention technologies.
    • Enhance bonusing and promotions to improve player engagement and satisfaction.
    • Optimise onboarding and customer journeys to maximize lifetime value.
    • Innovate retention strategies by testing new channels and refining outreach.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing CRM team to deliver impactful, data-driven communications.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
    • Super organised taskmaster
    • Strong presentation skills
    • A strategic thinker, but also willing to roll up your sleeves to execute in a lean and agile start-up environment.
    • Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative, adaptable and come up with creative solutions to changing business challenges
    • Experience working in an online, gaming, or fast-moving industry required.
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in the areas of marketing technology and paid digital media.
    • Creative operations, marketing project management and technical task management experience
    • Working knowledge of digital advertising, marketing tracking/reporting, and mar-tech systems
