BettingJobs are currently seeking a CRM Campaign Executive for a growing iGaming company in their San José, Costa Rica office.
The successful candidate will work with talented and experienced CRM specialists to deliver campaigns supporting the Sports, Casino, and Lottery products that excite and entertain the players.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ensure each campaign is delivered efficiently and without mistakes, even when multiple projects are being worked on simultaneously.
- Take ownership of tasks and processes. Work independently to complete your workload as efficiently and accurately as possible.
- Accountability – learning from mistakes and proactively suggesting solutions and potential improvements
- Become a power user of the campaign tools and processes
- Process-oriented: organized and able to follow all preset processes and guidelines
- Test and QA your work extensively and find ways to monitor and catch errors.
- Create straightforward and easy-to-read documentation for all tasks and responsibilities in the team.
- Monitoring and reporting: produce campaign reports and ensure everyone on the team is up to date on the best and worst-performing campaigns
- Constantly increase your knowledge of CRM principles, company operations, and iGaming trends and strategies
- Communicate clearly and regularly with your line management and wider team, facilitating teamwork and transparency
