Responsibilities:

• Drive turnover growth and client base expansion, while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and the company divisions for projects and support.
• Handle client requests, conduct research, and present solutions.
• Support ongoing client account development, identifying sales opportunities and product placement.
• Represent the company’s products, maintain key account relationships, and drive issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Must possess 5-7 years of extensive experience leading and advancing successful business operations within the US market.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills.
• Thorough understanding of the intricacies and subtleties of the US market.
• Proficient in Affiliate/Acquisition Marketing, Retention Marketing, Customer Support, and VIP Customer Management.
• Up to date with the latest tools and technologies in the iGaming Industry.
• Willingness to relocate as required by management.
