Our client, having recently been awarded and successfully launched the national lottery in the UAE, is now seeking to appoint a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive CSR strategy for the national lottery organisation
• Develop sustainable community engagement programs
• Manage corporate philanthropic initiatives and partnerships
• Create measurable social impact frameworks
• Report on CSR activities to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with UAE’s social development goals and corporate governance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of CSR or social impact management experience
• Excellent strategic planning and communication skills
• Proven track record of developing and managing community programs
• Fluency in Arabic and English
