Our client, a leading payment company based in Malta, is searching for an expereinced Configuration Specialist to join their team.
As the Configuration Specialist, you will work alongside Optimization Managers and Tech Support teams, delivering their needs accordingly, as well as ensuring all configuration meets internal standardisation processes.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years work experience with PaymentIQ (configuration and optimisation), as well as having a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Managing internal & external systems as well as fine-tuning tools while ensuring their smooth operation.
- Configuration of new MIDs/PSPs/Routing Rules/Alerts/Notifications into the platform.
- Focusing on the continuous improvement of configuration and tools for better platform performance.
- Ensuring all configuration meets internal standardization processes.
- Being available on-call outside regular business hours to resolve urgent payment issues.
- Working alongside Optimization Managers and Tech Support teams and delivering their needs accordingly.
- Running reports, when required, and delivering to all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 1 year work experience with PaymentIQ (configuration and optimization).
- Knowledge of core payment processing & risk tools (Scoring Risk Engines, KYC EDD Tools).
- Excellent command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork, judgment, decision-making, and work ethics.
- Customer-oriented mindset, adaptable to a dynamic environment, and flexible in working hours.
- Have an excellent understanding of the payment flows/procedures.
