Our client a prominent B2B casino platform provider is currently searching for an exceptional Compliance Manager to join their lively, energetic, friendly team based in Sao Paulo.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and/or help to manage compliance-related activities and projects across various jurisdictions with specialization in Brazil
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements – for example AML/Safer Gambling/Marketing and Technical Compliance
• Work with regulatory bodies to maintain and renew licenses.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments/internal audits and ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate risks.
• Keep up to date with changes in regulations and industry best practices and ensure that the company’s compliance practices remain up-to-date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, accounting, or finance).
• Solid experience in a similar role within the online gambling industry.
• In-depth knowledge of online gambling regulations and policies.
• Experience managing compliance teams/projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) would be an advantage.
