    Commercial Growth Specialist

    BettingJobs is working with an innovative B2B company in the Sports Betting Data niche. This client is based in Italy, with staff around Europe, the company are looking to grow their commercial team as they expand into new markets and sports. They are looking for a Commercial Growth Specialist to join their team based remotely in Europe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Management and optimisation of CRM workflows
    • Monitor pipeline, KPIs, and conversion data to improve performance
    • Create outbound campaigns and organise lead generation initiatives (including automated emails)
    • Research optimal leads. Contact leads and try to convert them into clients
    • Conduct our outsource market analysis to identify addressable markets and opportunities
    • Conduct alongside Product Owner, WSF ODDS competitor analysis
    • Conduct potential clients offer gap analysis to help build a narrative for sales
    • Create sales collateral and tools (slide decks, one-pagers, outreach templates, automated emails, FAQs)
    • Serve as a link between Sales, Product, and Marketing by bringing structured feedback and insights
    • Align messaging and positioning across product, sales materials and communications
    • Set AI technology to automate, translate and enhance some of the tasks above

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic marketing or sales operations
    • Strong analytical and research skills; Excel/Sheets and CRM tools
    • Passion, curiosity and understanding toward AI tools
    • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
    • Strategic mindset but hands-on attitude — you’re not afraid to build, test, and iterate
    • Knowledge and experience of the betting industry is a plus. Portfolio of Potential Clients in the betting industry is a strong plus
