BettingJobs are working with a new brand to the US sweepstakes market, who are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join the team remotely or in Dubai.

This pivotal role will spearhead the transition from third-party systems to a fully owned, internally managed tech stack, positioning us for sustained growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. The successful candidate will be a visionary technology leader with hands-on expertise in AI-driven tools and frameworks, capable of leveraging automation and machine learning to drive efficiencies across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute a roadmap to transition the brand’s operations from third-party platforms to an in-house, proprietary tech stack.
• Build, lead, and scale an engineering team to support this vision.
• Champion the adoption of AI software, automation frameworks, and data-driven tools to optimize user experience, payments, risk, and marketing tech operations.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the digital platform, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Set technical direction, infrastructure choices, and best practices to create a resilient, high-performing environment.
• Partner closely with marketing, operations, and risk to align technology with commercial goals.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy, security protocols, and gaming compliance requirements in all developed solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in senior technology leadership roles, ideally CTO or Head of Engineering level.
• Proven track record of migrating from third-party systems to owned platforms.
• Demonstrable experience implementing AI tools, machine learning models, or advanced analytics to optimize operational workflows.
• Prior exposure to gaming, iGaming, or high-volume transactional platforms is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, scalable system design, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to translate tech decisions into business outcomes.
