    • Support the CEO in strategizing and executing company plans.
    • Monitor and report on strategic progress and KPIs.
    • Align cross-functional teams with company goals.
    • Advise the CEO and provide recommendations.

    • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in IT start-ups; consulting experience is a plus.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Proven skills in strategic planning and execution.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
