    Chief Marketing Officer

    BettingJobs is working with a online casino operator, who are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join their small but growing team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
    • Drive user acquisition and retention through innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns.
    • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Establish brand positioning and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
    • Identify and implement effective marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Oversee the development of compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens brand loyalty.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and report on results to the executive team.
    • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with product enhancements and updates.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the crypto and blockchain space, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners to maximize brand exposure and drive user growth.
    • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimizing return on investment (ROI).

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry. Experience working with crypto derivatives exchanges is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of the crypto industry.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Experience in leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.
    • Deep understanding of various marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

    • Excellent written and verbal in English.
