    Chief Marketing Officer

    BettingJobs is currently hiring for a leading gambling operator looking to a Chief Marketing Officer based in Yerevan.

    Responsibilities:

    • Revisit and redefine the global brand positioning, ensuring it is future-ready, bold, and aligned with the expansion into regulated markets worldwide.
    • Lead the creation of a unified, yet culturally adaptive brand strategy across all territories, ensuring local uniqueness blends seamlessly into a powerful global brand presence.
    • Drive the global growth and revenue through high-impact marketing strategies tailored to the gambling and crypto industries.
    • Partner with regional executives to ensure alignment, collaboration, and excellence in every local market.
    • Build a team of senior marketing professionals, fostering innovation, performance, and creative excellence.
    • Ensure strong financial acumen across all marketing operations, maximising ROI and optimising performance through data-driven strategies.
    • Build and safeguard a consistent, high-impact brand image and voice across all platforms – from digital campaigns to physical sponsorships and events.
    • Maintain a high-level network of stakeholders, partners, regulators, and investors in the gambling and crypto spheres.
    • Drive cross-market synergies while respecting cultural authenticity.
    • Be a mentor, leader, and brand architect, instilling values of performance, ownership, and continuous learning across the team.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of executive marketing experience in highly competitive global industries, ideally with B2C gambling, gaming, tech, or crypto exposure.
    • Proven success in leading multi-regional marketing strategies, with an ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
    • Deep experience in data analytics, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation as applied to marketing and commercial functions.
    • Experience driving brand transformation and repositioning across countries or business units.
    • An advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field from a recognised institution.
    • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with the ability to manage and empower senior professionals.
    • World-class communication skills in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
    • A strong and respected personal network in relevant industries and regulatory environments.
    • Entrepreneurial energy with a “no-excuse” mindset and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving global ecosystem.
