    BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a CEO of a well-established sports betting organisation.

    As the CEO you will be responsible for developing the strategy for the overall business, working with established departmental leads to ensure clarity and cohesion on shared goals.

    This role would be ideally suited to an individual with experience working in a senior leadership role within the online gaming industry, combined with a passion for the industry, with a particular focus on sports betting.

    This role would oversee all business operations, primarily based in their London head office with frequent international travel to other sites.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Overall responsibility for the Commercial strategy across business units.
    • Ultimately responsible for P&L across all areas of the business.
    • Provide significant guidance on developing the strategy for each part of the business.
    • Generate awareness and enthusiasm around the companies vision.
    • Regular and full reporting to provide updates on all areas of business and review progress.
    • Establishment, agreement and monitoring of KPIs across the organisation.
    • Good working understanding of budgets, forecasting and planning.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven leader with strong experience leading diverse teams
    • 10-15 + year of Senior Management experience
    • Strong knowledge of the Sports betting industry
    • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the gambling industry
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, with bottom-line orientation
    • Ability to consistently made good decisions through a combination of good analysis and sound judgement
    • Degree educated in a technical discipline; MBA preferred.
    • Excellent strategic ability, with the foresight to anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organisational plan.
    • Experience of strategic development and planning.
    • Effective communicator
    • Experience of effectively building teams.
    • Action orientated.
