    Chief Commercial Officer

    BettingJobs is working with a B2B iGaming solutions company who are seeking the hire of a Chief Commercial Officer to join their vibrant team in Warsaw, Poland.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a growth-focused commercial strategy aligned with company goals.
    • Identify and pursue new partnership and revenue opportunities.
    • Lead sales and account teams, setting goals to drive revenue growth and long-term success.
    • Build and sustain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to refine strategy.
    • Oversee client-focused initiatives for optimal customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to tailor offerings to market demands.
    • Manage budgets and ensure profitability across commercial initiatives.
    • Mentor and develop commercial teams to meet business objectives.
    • Ensure regulatory compliance, especially relevant to the gambling industry.
    • Negotiate favourable contracts and establish strategic alliances to strengthen market presence.
    • Represent the company at industry events, promoting business interests.
    • Use data to track performance, optimise strategies, and meet market needs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 10+ years in senior commercial roles, ideally in gambling, gaming, or tech.
    • Proven record in revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and team leadership.
    • In-depth knowledge of the gambling industry, including trends and regulations.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on client relationship management.
    • Ability to develop, execute, and adjust commercial strategies effectively.
    • Proficiency in market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and compliance.
    • Strong communication skills, with experience representing companies publicly.
    • High integrity, problem-solving ability, and industry networking skills.
