    Casino VIP Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming Operator seeking to expand their Casino team with a proactive and personable VIP Manager.

    This role is full time based in the San Jose; Costa Rica, office.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value and loyal casino players to increase repeat visitation and overall spend.
    • Personalized Guest Service: Deliver top level service to VIP players, including assisting with FAQ’s, deposits, withdrawals, bonus, promotion queries
    • Strategic Planning: Help to develop and implement effective strategies to attract, retain, and grow the VIP player base.
    • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, gaming, and hospitality teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Performance Monitoring: Analyze player performance data, measure campaign ROI, and report KPIs to senior leadership.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations, AML protocols, and internal policies.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3–5 years in a VIP Services, Player Development, or Guest Relations role within an online Casino environment.
    • Proven success in developing and maintaining high-value customer relationships
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Proficiency with player tracking systems and CRM tools
