BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming Operator seeking to expand their Casino team with a proactive and personable VIP Manager.
This role is full time based in the San Jose; Costa Rica, office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value players; with focus on the North American market.
- Develop personalised retention and reactivation strategies to maximise player lifetime value.
- Coordinate exclusive events, promotions, and offers for VIP players.
- Monitor player activity, identify trends, and proactively engage at-risk accounts.
- Collaborate with CRM and product teams to optimise the VIP experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in VIP account management within the iGaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of North American online casino and sports betting markets.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- Fluency in English is essential, Spanish would also be advantageous.
- Ability to be based on site in the San Jose; CR, HQ.
