BettingJobs are working with a new crypto casino, looking for a Casino & Sports CRM Specialist experienced in both crypto and fiat markets to join their team on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, etc.) to enhance player engagement and retention.
• Design and implement comprehensive player journeys, including onboarding, reactivation, and loyalty programs.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise CRM campaign performance to improve engagement and ROI.
• Segment player databases and deliver personalised offers to targeted player groups.
• Track and report on key CRM KPIs, such as retention rates, churn rates, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage CRM software (e.g., Customer.io, Optimove, Smartico) to manage campaigns and derive insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and player experience across all touchpoints.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance overall player satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM within the iGaming industry.
• Proven expertise in Sports CRM is required.
• Understanding cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and their applications in the gaming industry is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with data segmentation, campaign tracking, and performance reporting expertise.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
