BettingJobs are working with a well-established online crypto casino who are looking to add a Casino Risk Analyst to their team based in Philippines, Brazil, or Colombia.

Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively profiling customers based on wagering behaviours
• Investigate alerts (internal & external) with proper analysis
• Conduct effective investigations on customers betting behaviour and detect link connections between them
• Real time monitoring customer accounts to detect suspicious wagering patterns or fraudulent behaviour
• Determine the appropriate wagering levels per each unique customer using various functions
• Handling suspicious accounts and events in accordance with company procedures
• Monitor and analyse customer activity and prepare relevant reports
• Reviewing of potential abuse or exploit of games or rewarding system offered
• Assess and escalate cases accordingly to the responsible departments
• Run verification on gaming session with Game Providers or Aggregator
• Take dominant part in development and lead of Risk Analysis processes and routines
• Liaise with Head of Casino and AML/RISK leads to ensure alignment, also to resolve any issues appearing

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Risk Analysis, preferably within the online gaming or casino industry.
• Strong understanding of Casino games and Rewarding systems is a must.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Quick to adapt to new tools, systems, and fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in Web3 gaming is a strong plus.
• Background in game provider companies will be highly valued.
• Expertise in fraud detection and risk mitigation is highly desirable.
• Understanding of SQL querying or BI expertise is considered a strong advantage
