BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for a Casino Partnerships Manager to join their team based in Malta.
Responsibilities:
Manage and build on existing partner relationships.
Identify and build new strategic partnerships, aiming to establish mutually beneficial agreements with potential partners.
Develop the casino offering roadmap for the RNG product and apply critical analysis to analyse potential benefits, setbacks, and logistics.
Improve and optimize bonus spend, elaborate a monetization strategy of the website and signing additional commercial agreements with providers regarding marketing contributions.
Developing the strategies for bespoke and the exclusive games.
Communicate effectively with Live Casino providers to get exclusive prereleases and branded casino games
Provide Marketing and CRM teams with guidelines regarding exclusive games and agreed promotions.
Proactively seeking for opportunities, analyse and monitor new markets for potential expansion, proposing recommendations to Live Casino providers for MVP launches
Participate into QBRs with all the suppliers, ensuring the implementation of all consequent required actions and improvements.
Collaborate closely with the Head of products and tech teams on continuous, improvements and innovation to the Casino and Live Casino Products
You will be expected to coach, mentor, and support other team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Casino Partnership Manager or similar roles in the iGaming industry.
Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
In-depth knowledge of iGaming contracts and rates, including clauses related to taxation, bonus cap and marketing contributions.
In-depth knowledge of Casino and Live Casino games, platforms and player behaviour.
Proficient in negotiation and techniques for decision-making
