BettingJobs is currently working with a Greek based iGaming affiliate marketing company. They are expanding their team in Limassol with the addition of a Casino Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Plan the game lineup. Work with the Central Gaming team on the roadmap, launch dates, and lobby placement
• Localise smartly, pick the right games and versions for each market and device
• Talk to suppliers/external partners: share the company’s needs, chase deliverables, and push for exclusive content
• Link up Design, CRM, VIP, CS, Payments/Risk, Tech, and BI so daily ops run smoothly
• Follow the rules per country and update game content when regulations change
• Send daily/weekly/monthly numbers with a short “what it means/what the company will do next.”
• Fix issues fast: log problems, follow up with partners, and close the loop
• Watch competitors, note what’s working for them and suggest simple tests the company can try.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in iGaming (casino ops or product)
• Strong knowledge of casino games and suppliers
• Detail-minded, reliable, and steady under pressure
• Self-starter with fresh, practical ideas (social angles welcome)
• Comfortable with numbers and Google Sheets; you can spot trends and act
• Clear communication (written and spoken) and a team-first attitude
• Strong English
