    BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a Casino Manager based in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the Head of Casino in achieving financial KPIs through tactical growth and marketing plans.
    • Advise on casino strategy, product portfolio, and market opportunities with innovative ideas.
    • Lead and mentor Casino Experts, ensuring operational efficiency and prioritisation of tasks.
    • Utilise data-driven analysis to optimise ROI and improve financial and marketing metrics.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns, player communication, and promotional strategies.
    • Liaise with Fraud, Payments, and CSD teams for operational escalations.
    • Oversee game updates, launches, and technical issue resolution with providers.
    • Analyse campaign outcomes and refine strategies for growth and engagement.
    • Track KPIs like revenue, retention, and lifetime value; report performance insights.
    • Manage promotional budgets and recommend product and feature enhancements.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks; manage licensing requirements.
    • Monitor player activity for risks; collaborate with compliance teams on mitigations.
    • Build and maintain supplier relationships, overseeing contracts and commercials.
    • Lead player retention efforts through loyalty programs, VIP management, and personalised promotions.
    • Align product rollouts with internal departments and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in iGaming with experience in casino vertical management or marketing.
    • Strong market, regional, and licensing knowledge with a passion for casino products.
    • Expertise in online casino games, development, and player engagement.
    • Proven track record of casino growth, team development, and compliance adherence.
    • Analytical, commercially minded, and proficient in financial and performance reporting.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
    • Resilient, proactive, and dynamic with a continuous improvement mindset.
