BettingJobs is currently seeking a Casino Customer Service Agent to join the team of an established iGaming company based in Costa Rica. As a Casino Customer Service Agent, you would be responsible for providing support to customers and efficiently handling all casino related queries.
The Casino Customer Service Agent role would be well suited to an individual with strong communication skills who has experience working with online casino and is interested in developing their knowledge in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a highly efficient team to ensure that customers get the best customer experience possible
- Provide assistance with all casino related queries
- Handle internal and external written communication
- Provide support to customers via various communication channels
- Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assist them in using products and services
- Drive brand loyalty through a personalised customer experience
- Pragmatically resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Correctly escalate issues to internal teams
- Develop customer support department by sharing knowledge, contributing to team projects and finding new and innovating practices to benefit the business
- Drive business success and act as the voice of customers by providing feedback and innovative ideas
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong online casino knowledge
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing queries through various customer service channels, e.g. email, social media, in-app chat and phone
- A desire to be continuously challenged and grow as an individual
