    Business Intelligence Lead

    BettingJobs is working with a market leading B2B SaaS provider who are looking to add a Business Intelligence Lead to their team. This role would ideally be based in Bucharest.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving actionable insights to support sales strategy and business planning. This role will oversee market research, competitive analysis, and client insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the business intelligence function, ensuring accurate and timely market research, competitive analysis, and strategic insights.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, regulatory landscapes, and customer behaviour in key strategic markets.
    • Benchmark competitors by performing product comparisons and identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
    • Generate client-specific insights and deep dives to support sales pitches and strategic discussions.
    • Design and implement BI dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to align BI outputs with strategic business needs.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all business intelligence deliverables.
    • Provide strategic recommendations on market opportunities, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
    • Align business intelligence insights with sales and leadership priorities to drive revenue growth.
    • Produce high quality data driven white papers, together with Marketing to establish the company as a market leader

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Certifications in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or equivalent) are a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, market research, or analytics
    • Experience in iGaming, B2B SaaS, or related industries.
    • Strong knowledge of market research methodologies, competitor analysis, and client behaviour analytics.
    • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
    • Ability to translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations.
    • Strong data visualisation and presentation skills to create impactful reports.
    • Ability to lead projects or small teams ensuring accurate delivery of BI outputs.
