    Business Development Executive

    BettingJobs is working with a hugely successful iGaming and sports betting platform provider who are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Driving deals end-to-end to closure, contract signing, and service activation.
    • Establishing contacts and running communication at the executive/shareholder level.
    • Prospecting new companies/opportunities, including prospects’ needs/pains discovery.
    • Preparing business proposals and drafting contracts in line with corporate templates.
    • Following company guidelines for reporting deals and leads.
    • Managing own sales funnel to ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets are achieved and overachieved.
    • Demonstrating solid knowledge of the product, main industry trends, main product/solution strengths, and main competitors’ positions.
    • Acting as a corporate brand representative at conferences and exhibitions.
    • Taking part in creating marketing and sales strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the casino, gambling, or entertainment industry.
    • Familiarity with iGaming products, services, and market dynamics.
    • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects.
    • Proficiency in business English, with excellent oral communication skills.
    • Ability to establish trust, convey empathy, and effectively communicate value to potential clients.
    • Analytical mindset with a natural inclination to ask insightful questions and explore customer needs.
    • Curiosity-driven approach to understanding industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
    • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
    • Self-motivation to seek learning opportunities and continuously improve sales techniques.
    • Autonomy in managing workload and sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Active involvement in prospecting, lead generation, and sales strategy execution.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
    • Familiarity with lead qualification methods, social selling techniques, and negotiation strategies.
    • Basic knowledge of iGaming technologies, trends, and compliance requirements.
