    Brazil Country Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a Dubai-based iGaming operator who have traditionally focused on Asian markets but are now looking to expand their iGaming business into the Brazilian Market. The company have roughly 500 employees across their 2 offices and are looking for a Brazil Country Manager to lead the launch of their brand in the Brazilian market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a localised market strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth in Brazil.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, affiliates, media partners, and payment providers.
    • Ensure compliance with all local regulatory and legal requirements related to iGaming operations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, compliance) to tailor products and services to meet local market demands.
    • Oversee the performance of digital marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives, and retention strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.
    • Identify business opportunities and partnerships to expand our reach and strengthen our market position.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviours to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Act as the brand ambassador for our company in Brazil, representing us at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within the iGaming, sports betting, or online gaming industry.
    • Deep knowledge of the Brazilian iGaming market, including regulations, player preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Strong network within the local gaming industry, including regulators, affiliates, and key partners.
    • Proven track record in business development, marketing, or country management roles.
    • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
    • Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and acquisition strategies within the online gaming industry.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
