    Brand Manager

    BettingJobs is seeking a Brand Manager for market leading Casino operator. Working from the London office (hybrid working), you will work closely with the already established and talented marketing team to develop the marketing strategy and develop great content.

    The Brand Manager role would ideally be suited to an individual with experience working in the online casino industry with experience of developing a compelling brand strategy. You will be data-driven with the ability to make informed decisions based on data insights.


    • Shape and define the brand positioning, tone of voice, campaign strategy and the visual representation of the brand at every touchpoint.
    • Oversee brand governance across all teams. Guide colleagues in their decision making so that the full customer experience is on brand (website, banners, social, landing pages, affiliates, video content, sponsorships etc).
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs, while building a reporting structure that distributes these metrics among key stakeholders.
    • Managing campaign schedule, budget, and external agencies. Take ownership of campaign, key dates, and content calendar for the brand.
    • Crafting and executing integrated campaigns that leave a lasting impression across various platforms – paid, owned, and earned – ensuring our brand shines brightly amidst the competition.
    • Long-term and tactical brand planning – creating the initiatives, concepts, and ideas.
    • Actively seek new marketing and content opportunities to target consumers.
    • Execute the paid marketing strategy. Keeping track of performance, mitigating issues, and sharing daily reports.
    • Work closely with the internal team and agencies to create distinctive branded content that resonates and delivers brand advocacy.
    • Manage the relationship and brief activity with ambassadors or influencers.


    • Significant experience in a marketing role that involved planning and delivering impactful brand marketing campaigns]
    • Experience working in the iGaming industry
    • A comprehensive understanding of brand positioning, marketing principles and brand development process
    • Creative and able to come-up with ideas for engaging branded content
    • Commercially minded and able to report on the success of campaigns against KPIs
    • Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators
    • A team player, that can build and nurture relationships internally and externally
    • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Able to confidently communicate projects and tasks with multiple stakeholders
    • Academic or industry qualifications in Brand Marketing
    • Experience with brand health tracking and consumer research
