Key Responsibilities:

• Run regular one-on-ones and team meetings for progress and morale
• Assign tasks via our request channel; provide hands-on technical support
• Produce high-level KPI overview reports and trend insights
• Handle detailed analytical reports and data exploration
• Mentor team members on technical and analytical skills

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years in analytics roles, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
• Strong Excel and SQL proficiency; Python or BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) a plus
• AI tools experience is advantageous
• Bachelor’s in mathematics, statistics, data science, or related field or equivalent experience
• High attention to detail and sound numerical/logical thinking
• Team management experience required
• Consistent career progression preferred; beware of frequent short stints
• Experience in business analytics or performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and problem-solving
• Fluent English
• Very important that they are fluent in SQL & Excel
