    Affiliation Manager

    BettingJobs is partnering with a new brand launching in Nigeria, this is a senior level role which will help set-up and run their operation. They are looking for an Affiliation Manager to join their team based in Lagos.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, manage, and expand the affiliate marketing program, focusing on user acquisition and ROI.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners.
    • Build long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates and ensure their engagement and satisfaction.
    • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversions, revenue, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
    • Negotiate competitive deals and commission structures tailored to performance goals.
    • Ensure all affiliate activity complies with legal and brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (digital, creative, analytics) to develop effective creatives and promotional assets.
    • Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, tools, and competitors in the Nigerian and African iGaming market.
    • Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming
    • Proven track record in building and scaling affiliate programs.
    • Strong understanding of performance marketing, tracking platforms (Affilka would be a plus), and KPIs.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
    • Comfortable working with targets and performance-based compensation models.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously.
    • Fluent in English; a local language is a plus.
