BettingJobs are currently recruiting for an Affiliate Team Lead for a leading operator based in Yerevan, Armenia.

Responsibilities:
• Interface with financial and legal teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, financial transparency, and adherence to industry standards within the affiliate program.
• Utilize advanced mathematical models and data analysis techniques to evaluate affiliate performance, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI for both affiliates and the company.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, Russian, and Armenian (both written and oral) to effectively communicate with affiliates and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in affiliate management, demonstrating expertise in CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, and other affiliate marketing terminology.
• Ensure ongoing compliance and brand safety with publishers on an ongoing basis.
• Build and nurture relationships with a diverse network of affiliates, employing strong negotiation skills to navigate intricate partnership agreements and resolve disputes professionally.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and continuously build a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Navigate varied work ethics and personalities with adaptability and diplomacy, resolving conflicts and challenges with tact and professionalism.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Strong data-driven background in marketing analytics and digital performance marketing.
• Proficiency in core online advertising revenue models and traffic channels.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability to excel in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the betting and gambling industry is a strong advantage.
