    Affiliate Payments Executive

    BettingJobs are working with an established sportsbook and casino operator that are looking to hire an Affiliate Payments Executive to work from their Gibraltar office on a hybrid basis and will have a large focus on the UK market.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Affiliate Manager, managing the financial, accounting and account management side of the Affiliate Channel and Performance Channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordination of monthly affiliate payments, ensuring full review and sign off from the Affiliate Manager prior to sending to the Finance department for payment release.
    • Compiling financial, accounting & performance data via the Affiliate platform and Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
    • Taking stock of affiliate partners’ records and financial/accounting records documents as required.
    • Balancing the needs of the business and affiliate partners to assist in the growth of revenue generated for the business through affiliate marketing.
    • Identifying and assessing users’ needs to provide the best and most timely solutions; follow up to ensure a speedy resolution.
    • Keeping the affiliates updated with the latest information and programmes from the company through timely communication.
    • Supplying clients with pre, mid and post campaign analysis.
    • Working closely with the Affiliate Marketing team on a set of designated affiliate accounts monitoring their payment and invoicing amounts.
    • Support the marketing team with accounting exercises and projects across all channels, as needed, to continuously improve and streamline processes.

    Requirements:

    • Understanding of payment cycles, invoicing, and reconciliation, ability to generate and interpret financial reports.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Excel, GA.A good understanding of the Affiliate or Digital Marketing ecosystem.
    • A great attention to detail – High level of accuracy in processing payments and managing financial records.
    • Demonstrating multi-tasking ability, keep multiple projects on-track, structuring and executing work.
    • Excellent time management to ensure timely payments and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Effective communication with affiliates regarding payments and resolving issues. Ability to liaise with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal) for smooth operations.
    • iGaming background required, being familiar with affiliate platforms is a plus.
    • Accounting/finance background is a must.
    • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment; Quick to learn new software and functionality of new products.
    • Must work well, both collaboratively and independently.
