BettingJobs is working with a growing iGaming company based in Cyprus who are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust affiliate marketing strategy, managing strong relationships and growing the company in new markets.
This role would be suited to an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager with a strong network in online casino.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy including identifying potential markets, conducting research on affiliate networks, establishing relationships with affiliate partners, and implementing a system for monitoring performance.
- Identifying potential affiliates, assessing their suitability for the business, negotiating agreements, and providing support to ensure effective promotion of the casino.
- Managing relationships with existing affiliates, regularly evaluating performance metrics, providing feedback and assistance, and ensuring that affiliates adhere to the terms of their agreements.
- Utilizing various tools to monitor and report affiliate performance, identify trends, and deliver performance reports to senior management.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in your affiliate marketing strategy.
- Overseeing all performance landing pages in collaboration with content providers, CRM team, frontend developers, and designers. Managing all marketing materials and maintaining a traceable record to provide affiliates.
- Taking charge of the affiliate program, including the website, content, design, and approving affiliates within the program, along with commercial and marketing channels/funnels.
Requirements:
- Must possess extensive experience working with affiliates in non-regulated markets and a strong understanding of the iGaming industry.
- Should have exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable working with data and analytics tools, and possess the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
- Native proficiency in the English language.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively onboard new affiliates.
- Ability to collaborate within a team, oversee and monitor work processes, and generate and analyse comprehensive business intelligence reports regarding the traffic driven to the brands through affiliates
