BettingJobs are working with a new crypto casino, looking for an Affiliate/Acquisition Manager experienced in both crypto and fiat markets to join their team on a remote basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to attract and grow the network.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Oversee affiliate budget, including commissions and payments.
• Recruit new affiliates through various channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Serve as the primary contact for affiliate support and issue resolution.
• Negotiate deals and commissions to maximize profitability.
• Create marketing materials for affiliate promotions.
• Align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Organize contests and promotions to boost affiliate performance.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide regular performance updates to management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Curacao License markets
• Experience with crypto casinos is desirable but not required
• Experience with international affiliate markets.
• Experience with SEO and PPC marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of online iGaming marketing and the affiliate landscape.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software (NetRefer or Affilka)
• Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
