BettingJobs are working with an established iGaming operator based in Malta who are looking for an Affiliate Manager. They also have a couple of offices throughout Europe, but this role would be hybrid in their growing Malta office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners and networks.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets.
• Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners.
• Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
• Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.
• Implement strategies to increase the quality and yield of affiliate partners.
• Work with the Marketing team to create go-to-market strategies with the aim of growing the affiliate business within the market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing affiliate partnerships and performance.
• Experience within the online gaming industry is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices.
