    Affiliate Manager

    BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for an Affiliate Manager to join their team based in Manila.

    Originally founded in 2012, our client has rapidly grown to become a prominent brand in the iGaming sector, now employing over 2,500 staff across 16 countries globally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquire new partners (including negotiations and deal optimisation).
    • Identify new acquisition channels, build business cases and execute campaigns.
    • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business reports for the market.
    • Implement promotional campaigns and Growth Strategies.
    • Be responsible for Performance Monitoring & Reporting (including in-depth business KPI reporting and presentation).
    • Provide proactive account management by offering solutions to affiliate partners and suggesting methods to increase revenue through copywriting techniques, promotional channels and unique marketing tactics.
    • Manage the Ad-serving & Campaign-tracking platform.
    • Monetize partnerships with major affiliates and publishers.
    • Manage affiliate platform CRM & budget allocation, including commissions and budget spend.
    • Stay up to date on competitors, industry trends and relevant products and markets.
    • Create and implement bonus incentive schemes for affiliates.
    • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates.
    • Provide training and support in regards to the ad-serving platform.
    • Identify opportunities for ad-hoc activations and growth tactics.

    Requirements:

    • A degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or other relevant fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Affiliate marketing or a relevant role.
    • Based in the Philippines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Expertise in and adaptability to new practices and innovations in the field of Influence Marketing.
    • Very strong numeracy skills with an advanced understanding of cost control.
    • Excellent sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets as preferred tools for making data-driven decisions.
    • In-depth understanding of commercial models and local market needs.
    • Solid understanding of marketing techniques.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Fast learner and effective collaborator within a team.
    • Ability to make business decisions based on data.
    • Excellent understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies.
