BettingJobs is working with a newly launched crypto casino who are searching for an Affiliate Manager to join their team on a remote basis.

As the Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for setting KPIs and monitoring perfomance for growth and ROI, as well as analysing data, generating reports, and identifying growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in affiliate management within iGaming, with a deep understanding of Casino and Sports Betting products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage affiliate strategy for Asian markets.
• Recruit, retain, and optimize affiliate partnerships.
• Set KPIs and monitor performance for growth and ROI.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements for profitability.
• Provide support, insights, and guidance to affiliates.
• Analyse data, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends in iGaming and crypto.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in affiliate management within iGaming.
• Strong knowledge of Casino/Sports betting products.
• Experience with crypto and blockchain technology.
• Established network in iGaming and crypto communities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in affiliate commission models (CPA, CPL, CPC, Rev Share).
• Familiarity with affiliate management software and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Asian Casino/Sportsbook market.
