Our client, a leading online sportsbook and casino games provider, is seeking an ambitious Affiliate Manager to join their team in Malta on a hybrid basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop, learn, and grow.

This role is well suited to an individual who is a dedicated and result driven team player, that enjoys promoting innovative products and driving acquisition.

The successful candidate will have experience within Affiliation, Online Sports Betting and Online Casino in similar role, whilst having a strong knowledge of the Gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Research, acquisition and on-boarding of affiliates in all markets
• Maintain relationships and grow with existing key affiliates
• Monitor and follow up existing affiliates continuously to ensure our clients brands are promoted correct and that information is up to date and relevant (e.g. accepted markets, games providers, odds boosts, payment options, logos, welcome offers campaigns and links)
• Continuously evaluate and report on affiliate performance
• Drive engagement through innovative campaigns
• Follow up deals and commission payments
• Communicate upcoming new offers, game provider releases, new product features, promotions to Affiliates
• Aligning with support on new campaigns/offers but also investigate and report issues that were sent from customer service
• Track and analyse the results of campaigns and suggest improvements
• Conduct and assist in constant competitor analysis to improve company product and strategy
• Perform and assist in constant affiliate deals optimisation
• Represent the company interests in conferences or events related to our industry
• Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience within Affiliation, Online Sports Betting and Online Casino in similar role
• Strong knowledge of the Gaming industry
• Affable and comfortable in networking events
• Excellent negotiating skills combined with hunger and drive
• The ability to ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled
• Detail oriented and loves to optimize
• A good team player
• Additional language would be considered as an asset
