    Affiliate Manager

    BettingJobs is currently working with an Athens based company that focuses on all aspects of the iGaming industry from performance marketing and brand operations to their in-house tech development. They are expanding their Greece team with the addition of an Affiliate Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with affiliate partners
    • Actively seek and recruit new affiliate partners across several channels to expand the program and increase reach
    • Focus on managing affiliate activities for international markets
    • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, competitor propositions, and industry trends to ensure effectiveness and profitability. Provide personalised recommendations and incentives based on performance data
    • Ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and reporting of all affiliate traffic
    • Respond promptly and effectively to affiliate partners’ inquiries and concerns, ensuring a seamless partnership
    • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy targeted offers and exclusive promotions for affiliates
    • Deliver weekly progress, commission, and activity reports for all affiliate partners
    • Maintain direct communication and provide regular reports to stakeholders
    • Handle affiliate disputes and resolve issues promptly, liaising with Risk, Payments, and Legal teams as necessary.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an affiliate management role within the iGaming industry
    • Deep understanding of the iGaming industry
    • Experience in connecting with media agencies and performance marketing agencies
    • Must have established connections with partners, media buying and performance agencies
    • Experience with affiliate marketing tools
    • Strong negotiation skills and experience in overseeing contracts and commission structures with affiliates
    • Proficient in forecasting ROI and managing budgets
    • Experience with reporting to stakeholders
    • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
    • Experience working with the EMEA region (France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Germany is a plus)
    • Ability to work on weekends depending on business requirements
