Our client, who is a crypto focused betting platform is currently searching for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their team on a remote basis. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage the overall affiliate strategy for our sportsbook and casino products.
Develop comprehensive plans to attract, recruit, and retain top affiliates.
Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for affiliates to ensure optimal growth and ROI.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing affiliates.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with affiliates to maximize profitability.
Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, providing timely support and guidance.
Monitor affiliate performance using analytical tools and generate regular reports.
Identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement within the affiliate program.
Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and overall affiliate performance.
Ensure affiliate activities comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the iGaming and cryptocurrency sectors.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on industry trends and competitive analysis.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
Proven track record in managing successful affiliate programs with measurable results.
Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency market and familiarity with blockchain technology.
Strong network of affiliates within the iGaming and crypto communities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using affiliate management software and analytical tools.
Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
