    Affiliate Manager

    Our client, who is a crypto focused betting platform is currently searching for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their team on a remote basis.
      
    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and manage the overall affiliate strategy for our sportsbook and casino products.
    • Develop comprehensive plans to attract, recruit, and retain top affiliates.
    • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for affiliates to ensure optimal growth and ROI.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing affiliates.
    • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with affiliates to maximize profitability.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, providing timely support and guidance.
    • Monitor affiliate performance using analytical tools and generate regular reports.
    • Identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement within the affiliate program.
    • Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and overall affiliate performance.
    • Ensure affiliate activities comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the iGaming and cryptocurrency sectors.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on industry trends and competitive analysis.

      
    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry.
    • Proven track record in managing successful affiliate programs with measurable results.
    • Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency market and familiarity with blockchain technology.
    • Strong network of affiliates within the iGaming and crypto communities.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in using affiliate management software and analytical tools.
    • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
