    Ad-Ops Specialist

    BettingJobs are working with an innovative online casino and bingo brand, who are looking to hire an Ad-Ops Specialist to join their team in London.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Google Marketing Platform onboarding and in-house management.
    • Setup and maintain ad serving platforms for accurate ad delivery.
    • Coordinate with creative teams to meet ad specifications and quality standards.
    • Implement tracking mechanisms for campaign effectiveness measurement.
    • Optimize targeting, bidding, and creative testing to enhance campaign performance.
    • Monitor campaign metrics and adjust in real-time to maximize ROI.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ year’s experience in digital advertising operations or ad tech.
    • Proficient in CM360 and tagging/tracking (especially GTM).
    • Familiarity with server-to-server conversion tracking and Facebook’s Conversions API.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global markets.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation.
    • Knowledge of iGaming industry and Tableau/visualization tools.
