BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth gaming and pack opening brand whose popularity has caused need for expansion with the addition of an experienced Ad Manager.
This role is remote based from within EST locations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, with a specific focus on the fast-paced and creative world of social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Development: Design and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across social media platforms, with an emphasis on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, to meet specific business objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales).
- Platform Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the ad managers for each platform, including but not limited to Meta Ads Manager (for Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager. This includes knowledge of targeting capabilities, ad formats (e.g., in-feed videos, Reels, Stories, Lenses), bidding strategies, and campaign setup.
- Budget Management & Optimization: Efficiently allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to bids, targeting, and creative assets to ensure optimal results.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Audience Research & Targeting: Conduct thorough audience research to identify and define target demographics and psychographics for each platform. Create custom and lookalike audiences to expand reach and improve ad relevance.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Proactively monitor the ever-evolving landscape of social media advertising. Keep the team informed on new ad features, algorithm changes, and emerging trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Ad Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful paid social media campaigns.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing paid campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with ad management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for engaging content and a deep understanding of what drives user behavior on each platform.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
