    Our client a well-known Romanian online casino operator is currently searching for an exceptional Acquisition Manager to join their energetic team based in Brasov or Bucharest.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and implementing client acquisition strategies to attract new players.
    • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of acquisition campaigns and adjusting them to improve ROI.
    • Collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to create attractive and personalized offers.
    • Organizing and coordinating promotional campaigns, ensuring they align with company objectives.
    • Maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers, negotiating contracts that benefit both parties.
    • Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly to stay competitive.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in client acquisition in the gaming industry.
    • A deep understanding of the market and current trends.
    • Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
    • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust marketing strategies to maximize conversions.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with various teams and external partners.
