BettingJobs are currently seeking an Account Manager for an innovative supplier to the sports betting industry. This is a newly created role due to significant recent growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are getting the most from the product offering.
This role would be well-suited to an experienced B2B Account Manager with a strong knowledge of the online sports betting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a portfolio of clients, acting as their key point of contact.
- You will be an expert on the product offering and use this knowledge to drive usage and awareness of products within the clients’ brands.
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for growth, through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Be the ‘voice of the customer’ and provide internal feedback about how to better serve customer needs.
Requirements:
- Experience working in B2B role within the online gaming industry.
- A passion for sports betting with a deep understanding of the sports betting landscape in Europe.
- Strong understanding of the main suppliers within the online sports betting industry.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively, to conferences, events and client offices as required.
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with IT & Technical teams.
- Ability to develop deep interpersonal relationships with clients.
This role can be remotely based with frequent travel to conferences, events and client offices throughout Europe.
