In addition to expanding our team, we have been busy behind the scenes planning for ICE365 London, the first and arguably the largest industry conference of the year, which will be running from 6th-8th February at the ExCel Centre. We asked our recruiters attending this year’s event about their goals for their last trip to London before the conference moves to Barcelona in 2025:
