BettingJobs is excited to announce we are exhibiting at the final iGB Live in Amsterdam, which will take place from 16th – 19th July at the RAI.

iGB Live is a pinnacle event on the iGaming calendar and provides our team with the opportunity to engage with a range of industry professionals including payment experts, operators, and affiliates, all of whom are passionate about the industry and their company. Although iGB Live Amsterdam holds many fond memories for the BettingJobs team, we can’t wait to witness the evolution of the show next year in London.

During the build-up to the event, we spoke with members of our recruitment team who will be attending the conference to find out more about the history of the show, current trends in the iGaming market, and iGB’s relocation to London next year.

BettingJobs CEO Jennifer Innes and Director John O’Neill reminisce about their experience of iGB Live Amsterdam over the years:

“I have so many fond memories of iGB over the years – having also watched the show grow.

Amsterdam has always been one of my favourite industry conferences to attend and has proven to be so valuable business wise. With the atmosphere far less formal than, for example, ICE or G2E – maybe that has something to do with the city itself or the fact the show is held during summer time, or perhaps due to the influence of the affiliates.  Having a drink outside the RAI at the end of a busy conference day was something I always looked forward to.

I have never had a bad experience in Amsterdam, from the show itself to the local restaurants, industry networking parties, transportation, or hotels I’ve had the pleasure of visiting also whilst there. Here’s hoping for one last successful show in this location!” – Jennifer Innes, CEO

“iGB remains a key event on the iGaming calendar and is well attended by a diverse group of individuals. Each year I look forward to and enjoy travelling to Amsterdam to exhibit at the show since I began attending more than 8 years ago.

A real mix of industry professionals are always present at iGB, which makes the conference a great environment to get business done and have meaningful conversations with some really interesting individuals.” – John O’Neill, Director

iGaming recruiter Euan Green offers insight into the current iGaming market and his expectations for the last iGB Live in Amsterdam.

“The LATAM localisation process hasn’t been as straightforward as many had thought due to the amount of competition for affiliate offers in the region, so it will be interesting to see how clients are getting on in this respect at iGB. I’m also excited to see what markets are the new buzz, particularly with the rise in roles based in the Middle East.

iGB is always a great show for having lengthier and more in-depth chats with candidates, allowing for face-to-face insight on what they enjoy in current roles and what projects they are looking for.” – Euan Green, iGaming Recruitment Consultant

As a first-time attendee of iGB Live, Cole Clark from our iGaming recruitment team explains what he is looking forward to ahead of the show:

“I am really looking forward to attending my first iGB Amsterdam with the BettingJobs team before the show moves to London next year. My colleagues have mentioned what a great and valuable experience iGB truly is, so I can’t wait to see what it’s all about in a few weeks’ time!

As there has been a shift away from fully remote roles, with a preference now for hybrid or onsite positions, it will be interesting to hear how this is affecting candidates and clients in person at iGB.” – Cole Clark, iGaming Recruitment Consultant

Our recruiters are eager to meet with you at stand 12-J14 to discuss all things recruitment and iGaming at this year’s event, which promises to be an unforgettable one.

Make sure to get in touch to arrange your appointment with our team during iGB 2024.
