BettingJobs is delighted to announce our return to SiGMA World Europe, marking our final international conference of 2024.
As always, our team is excited to connect with our valued clients and candidates. We also look forward to meeting with new connections eager to expand their teams and streamline their hiring processes, as well as those seeking new opportunities within the iGaming industry.
Hear insights and expectations from our senior team members Scott McMillan and Carla Souter who will be attending the show:
“Returning to Malta for SiGMA is always a highlight for us at BettingJobs. It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with our long-standing clients on the island, strengthening the valuable relationships that we’ve worked hard to build over the years.
Every year at SiGMA, it’s exciting to see a wave of new businesses that we haven’t encountered before, bringing a fresh energy to the event. Engaging with these emerging companies not only broadens our network, but it also helps provide us with new perspectives and insights into the ever-changing landscape of the industry. The bustling atmosphere and the opportunity to exchange ideas helps make this conference a truly enjoyable and highly anticipated one.” – Scott McMillan, Senior iGaming Recruitment Consultant
“As Scott mentioned, attending SiGMA Malta has always been and will continue to be a top priority for us at BettingJobs, so we’re excited to return once again next week! It’s been a couple of years since my last visit to Malta, so I’m particularly looking forward to seeing the new venue the show moved to last year, as well as reconnecting with our industry partners while we’re there.
During our time in Malta, we expect to see an increased demand for our services as both clients and candidates look to secure hires and new opportunities before the festive period. Many clients will be aiming to fill positions quickly before Christmas and New Year, while candidates are eager to make career moves ahead of the holidays. We also anticipate that many of our discussions will focus on developments in the crypto space, as well as the UAE and Brazil, given the recent regulatory changes in these regions. Additionally, we’ve noticed a trend among iGaming companies in Malta moving away from remote and hybrid working models, so it will be interesting to explore these shifts with both our clients and candidates.” – Carla Souter, Senior iGaming Recruitment Consultant
