BettingJobs are working with an online casino business who are seeking to expand their team with the addition of a Director of Operations to their team in Costa Rica or Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to enhance the fraud prevention strategies.
• Identify and analyse risks and fraud patterns affecting the B2C platform.
• Implement and manage robust risk detection systems for real-time monitoring and quick response to suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to pinpoint vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
• Leverage data analytics to evaluate and monitor fraud trends.
• Automate manual processes to streamline fraud detection and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations through comprehensive reports.
• Forecast to anticipate peak periods and optimize staffing levels accordingly.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors and payment processors to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Risk Management to refine and document improved processes for training.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• At least 2 year’s experience required in a senior management or director level position.
• At least 7 year’s experience required in an Operations, Customer Support, and/or Fraud, Risk, & Payment function.
• Experience in gaming/casino industry strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
