    Head of Sport Marketing

    BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a Head of Sport Marketing to join their team based in Cyprus.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sports marketing strategy for Sports brands.
    • Lead all sports-related marketing activities, including sponsorships, sports integrations, content production, influencer collaborations, media buying, and partnership initiatives.
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with sports clubs, leagues, tournaments, federations, and other sports organizations.
    • Build and manage a global network of sports ambassadors (athletes, commentators, experts).
    • Establish a strong analytical framework to evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, brand impact, and product-related KPIs.
    • Oversee budgeting and media planning for the sports marketing stream.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
    • Monitor sports marketing trends, competitor activity, and new advertising opportunities.
    • Build and grow the sports marketing team: hiring, mentoring, setting workflows and KPIs.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in sports marketing, preferably in international iGaming sports companies.
    • Proven track record of successful projects with sports clubs, leagues, tournaments, or sports influencers.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, media buying, creative strategy, and brand communications.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure high-value partnerships.
    • Experience managing large budgets.
    • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with performance measurement tools.
    • Solid leadership skills: team management, process building, goal setting.
    • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
    • Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
