    Business Development Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a very established iGaming affiliate company who operate fully remotely. Launched back in 2015 and are looking to bolster their commercial team with this Business Development Manager position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, target, and convert high-value new business opportunities into strategic partnerships.
    • Nurture and grow existing high value and strategic accounts, tailoring creative solutions to maximise mutual value.
    • Keep a pulse on market trends and partner needs to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
    • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Performance Manager to leverage data
    • insights in deal-making.
    • Continuously refine and innovate on deal structures, moving beyond standard affiliate models where beneficial.
    • Share partner feedback as actionable insights with internal stakeholders to continuously improve offerings.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to deliver tailored deals and campaigns.
    • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and data literacy, being self-sufficient in monitoring the performance of your portfolio and pipeline.
    • Provide clear and competent updates on portfolio performance to ensure easy tracking and accountability.

    Requirements:

    • Depth of experience in business development within the iGaming sector.
    • Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills.
    • Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to spot value opportunities and craft creative deal solutions.
    • Data literate and comfortable interpreting partner performance data and using insights to inform decisions.
    • Demonstrable experience with affiliate or digital marketing models.
    • A strong network of industry contacts is a plus.
    • Ability to build trusted relationships at senior stakeholder level.
    • Proactive, driven, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with execution.
