BettingJobs are working with a new service provider within the iGaming industry who are looking for a Payments Manager to join their team in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end daily payment operations, ensuring accurate and timely deposits/withdrawals.
• Monitor transactions for compliance, accuracy, and operational integrity; resolve payment issues with support and tech teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new payment solutions for Asian markets (e-wallets, bank transfers, crypto, local methods).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with PSPs, banks, and fintech partners; negotiate terms and manage integrations.
• Lead the rollout of new payment methods with product/tech teams.
• Implement and oversee anti-fraud tools and processes; analyze transaction data to identify and investigate suspicious activity.
• Work with compliance/security teams to uphold strong KYC/AML practices and stay current with Asian regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all payment activities meet local and international standards; maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
• Produce performance reports, analyse trends, and deliver insights to senior management.
• Partner with customer support to resolve payment inquiries and continuously improve the user payment journey.

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ payments management experience in online casino/iGaming, focused on Asian markets.
• Deep knowledge of Asian payment ecosystems and local regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateways, PSPs, and transaction monitoring systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Solid KYC/AML and payment compliance understanding.
• Proven relationship-building with PSPs and financial institutions.
• Excellent communication in English + at least one Asian language.
• High attention to detail; adaptable to fast-paced, multicultural environments.
• Willing to travel across Asia.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with crypto payments and advanced fraud/monitoring tools.
• Background in Asian e-commerce or fintech payments.
• Existing network within Asian PSPs and financial institutions.
