    Head of Sportsbook

    BettingJobs are working with a growing Georgian iGaming company with offices based in Tbilisi. Our client has their own sportsbook platform and will soon be launching several B2C brands. They are looking for an experienced Head of Sportsbook to join their team in Tbilisi.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the growth and optimisation of the Sportsbook product across all brands.
    • Lead and manage the Sportsbook team, providing strategic leadership daily.
    • Own the end-to-end product strategy in line with company metrics and the product vision.
    • Oversee the delivery of the strategy through effective roadmap management, backlog creation, and project management.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and commercial departments to ensure there is a cohesive and well-understood roadmap to success in an agile environment through definition, design, scoping, and delivery.
    • Build and maintain a high-performance, data-driven, diverse, and collaborative product culture.
    • Drive projects to improve Sportsbook functionalities, features, and processes while managing and implementing metrics for monitoring success.
    • Regularly review Sportsbook performance, proactively highlighting new trends and providing market and localisation recommendations.
    • Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to introduce new betting options and promotions, attracting and retaining customers while working with the trading team to support customer growth.
    • Work with the trading team to deliver a regional pricing strategy and review KPIs across various markets.
    • Develop solid relationships with third-party technology suppliers, including 3rd-party platforms and content providers.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a Sportsbook Product Manager / Product Owner / Head of Sportsbook.
    • Experience working with Sportsbook platforms and developing key features and functionality.
    • Proven record of building strong product teams and managing performance.
    • Ability to analyse data, take action quickly, and drive changes to achieve goals and targets.
    • Strong commercial acumen.
    • Strong communication, networking, and influencing skills.
    • A proactive leader who strives to lead by example.
    • Capable of setting standards and working closely with others to ensure they are met.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
