    Business Development Representative for LATAM

    BettingJobs are working with a start-up real-time e-sports data provider who are looking for a Business Development Representative for LATAM to join their team based remotely.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new operator partnerships
    • Research, qualify, and engage potential clients, developing new leads through market research, networking, and conference attendance
    • Conduct tailored product demos and presentations aligned with operator needs
    • Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate internally – across Legal, Technical, Product, and Operations – to ensure smooth onboarding and contract delivery
    • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage your pipeline proactively, and report regularly to management on progress and forecasts
    • Represent the company at key industry events and travel as needed to meet clients and prospects
    • Meet and exceed sales targets set in collaboration with management

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in English, Portuguese, or Spanish
    • Some experience in B2B sales within the betting or iGaming industry
    • Strong understanding of how betting operators and products function commercially
    • Confidence in managing the full sales cycle – from outreach to closing
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
    • A self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently while collaborating closely within a small, fast-paced team
